As a global network of conscious, impact-led travel professionals, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and purpose-driven community. These guidelines are designed to support a thriving virtual space where meaningful collaboration, learning, and shared action can flourish.

1.Upholding Our Shared Values

All members of The Conscious Travel Foundation are expected to:

Act in alignment with our Terms and Conditions

Participate in and contribute thoughtfully to the Foundation’s learning programme.
Participate in our philanthropic programme in line with our Member Directed Giving or Community Impact Fund frameworks.

2. Community Conduct

We are a values-aligned space. As such, members must:

Engage respectfully with others, regardless of background, geography, or sector.
Refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or harassing language or behaviour.
Communicate with kindness and assume good intentions.
Use the community for collaboration, not solicitation.

3. Collaboration Over Competition

The Conscious Travel Foundation is a space built on mutual support and trust:

We encourage open sharing of ideas, insights, and resources.
Healthy debate is welcome, but personal or professional attacks are not.
Confidentiality must be respected in all private community spaces and conversations.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a conflict arises between members:

We strongly encourage direct, respectful dialogue as a first step.
The Conscious Travel Foundation reserves the right to pause, review, or revoke membership of one or both parties if a dispute breaches these guidelines or our Terms and Conditions, or risks compromising the safety, integrity, or cohesion of the community.

5. Digital Spaces

As a primarily virtual community, our online platforms are our shared meeting place. Members should:

Adhere to our WhatsApp Code of Conduct
Keep discussions relevant to The Conscious Travel Foundation’s mission and values.
Respect others’ time and attention when posting or messaging.
Avoid spamming, excessive self-promotion, or off-topic posts.
Refrain from sharing private member content or communications outside of the platform.

6. Contributions and Representation

Members who represent The Conscious Travel Foundation publicly (e.g. at events, panels, press) are expected to:

Represent the values of the Foundation with integrity.
Be transparent about their affiliation and role.
Use approved language or materials provided by The Conscious Travel Foundation team where applicable.
